A great reputation within the event industry is very important to me and something I value immensely. My reputation was created by building a great working relationship with vendors as well as my clients. It's one of the most important things an event planner can offer. Team work and knowing the ins and outs of their services is what helps me to create successful events. I know what most vendors are dealing with and what problems can arise. I spent many years on the vendor side of weddings and events as a DJ, KJ, catering manager, cake decorator and florist. This experience helps me to catch details that other planners and coordinators may overlook. Knowing what vendors are dealing with also allows me to maintain great working relationships. I know what to expect from vendors, but most importantly, I know what they expect from me.
