Prices for onsite elopement coordination vary as each elopement is different.

Décor Package:
For the DIY couple that needs someone to set up their wedding. Most onsite coordinators and venue staff do not set up personal items. This is especially common at venues located within Yosemite National Park.

*Pricing is for weddings and receptions located within a 50 mile radius of Oakhurst, CA. For events located outside of the 50 mile radius, travel fees may apply.

​**Ceremony set up and management services only apply if the ceremomy and reception are held at the same venue. If your wedding will be hosted at a different location from your reception, please schedule a free phone consultation so we can tailor a package to suit your needs.
